We offer assistance in gaining a SRO license and registration, via membership with and SRO officially recognized by the FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority)

A SRO is a Self Regulatory Organization in Switzerland, pursuant to the Federal Act of 10 October 1997, which was created to combat money laundering. The priority of a SRO is to protect investors through the establishment of rules that promote equality and ethics.

As the term suggests, this type of organization is responsible for regulating itself. This can be accomplished through internal mechanisms meant to control the flow of business operations, or through an external agreement between businesses alike.

What we do

Many financial services on the Swiss market require authorization, due to the strict anti – money laundering laws existing in Switzerland. In most cases FINMA is responsible for granting the authorization, however, under certain circumstances, services providers may join a private SRO instead. We are able to conduct your SRO licensing and registration hassle – free and fast, by providing all the required elements.

Our goal

Our services are meant for individual or companies seeking to work with investors on the Swiss market, to underwrite insurance policies or to set up and manage a collective investment scheme. Once this hurdle is taken, you can start your business operations.

Why should you choose us?

We can help you obtain a membership with a SRO that is officially recognized by the FINMA, be it with single or dual supervision, as per independent asset management or /and the Anti – Money Laundering Act. The process is relatively fast and we will guide you throughout the entire process.
